The Azure Forum for Contemporary Security Strategy monthly Security Dialogues aim to provide actionable and timely insights for policymakers and the research community to optimise national and international responses in the near to medium term by providing improved strategic choices that help our nations to prepare for future eventualities.
These regular roundtables encourage a highly interactive discussion, aiming to facilitate a frank and open conversation between both the discussants and expert participants throughout the session.
Previous speakers in our seminars include, among others, the former Deputy National Security Advisor to the United Kingdom, the Director of the Oxford Internet Institute, the Obama administration’s former chief cyber diplomat, the former Managing Director of the China Investment Corporation, the CEO of IBEC, senior columnists for the Irish Times, the former Chief of Staff of the Irish Defence Forces, former INTERPOL officers, and leading academics and thought leaders.
Our attendees include a broad spectrum of stakeholders, namely senior government officials, representatives from the private sector, diplomatic corps, academia and civil society. These senior experts have joined us from across Europe, the Asia Pacific, Africa and the United States.
